I have always followed this mentality since I started getting serious with B-Boying. I preach this to my students everyday. Always be yourself. Doesn’t even really have to apply to b-boying specifically. Whatever it is that you do, where ever you are… Always be true to yourself and others. Those that fake the funk will eventually expose themselves of how shady and whack they are. Peace.
