Vacation Wrap-Up: West Palm Beach

I’m typing up this post as I’m waiting at my gate for my return flight to BWI. What an amazing weekend! I had a great time in West Palm Beach, Florida with my girl Lena. We checked out some bars, walked on the beach, went cruising on a boat (Yacht Club status), fished, cooked and ate the fish we caught, watched Iron Man 3 (it was alright), and went shopping! Good times! I also taught a very last minute but great workshop at Elite Dance Academy! Big thanks to Brien Pintos for helping me set it up and thanks to everyone who came out to support! Can’t wait to visit again! Peace.

Im going to be teaching and judging in Michigan this weekend for the event known as Red Cedar Ransom! I’ll be judging alongside Moks of Ground Syndrome crew and the one and only Bebe from Ground Zero Crew! Burger/comics/vinyl connoisseur Skeme Richards will be on the 1′s & 2′s! Should be a fun trip!

IL Breaks 9 Review

Shout outs to everyone who worked on IL Breaks this year for throwing a fun jam! Special thanks to Jospeh Peng for inviting me out there to judge and teach a workshop! I judged alongside Brave Monk and Paranoid Android and we definitely had a blast judging all the battles. We saw this one kid almost kill a b-girl by doing a front flip and barely missing her, another kid destroyed his leg during an airflare attempt, someone else’s face ate the floor trying to transition from flare to windmill, and the best part of the night was Black Attack’s front flip to the music and then killed it with his solo round. Great memorable moments at IL Breaks 9! Plus I met this dude who calls himself Iced Cheddar. He started IL Breaks nine years ago when he was a young student attending University of Illinois. Dude had about 10 outfits for this one event literally. 

Partying afterwards with P.A. and Crooks Crew was fun as usual. We all got blasted by punishing this entire bottle of whiskey… Followed by a second, bigger bottle of whiskey… I apparently told some girl that she “can meet my parents” for whatever reason and I don’t remember going back to my hotel.
